Lisboeta has evolved into Luso, a new chapter in contemporary Portuguese dining, continuing the legacy on Charlotte Street in the same space that many of you knew as Lisboeta.
At Luso, we continue the celebration of Portuguese cuisine. On the menu, you’ll find elevated classics such as Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato (clams steamed gently in olive oil, garlic, coriander and lemon), Leitão (Roasted Suckling Pig) and Wild Sea Bass, baked in a salt crust and presented tableside.
The wine list reflects Portugal’s diversity and depth. A particular highlight is a collection of wines from Herdade do Cebolal (Alentejo), which are aged under the sea in lobster cages.
